Infraspeak Award Criteria
At Infraspeak, we value and reward excellence use of our platform through the Infraspeak Awards. Here are the specific criteria for each category:
The Most Efficient Award
Most Efficient Operation – Bronze, Silver, Gold
The Most Integrated Award
Recognises the client with the most integrated operation in our main markets: United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal and Brazil.

Recognises the client with the most intelligent operation in our main markets: United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal and Brazil.

The Most Collaborative Award
Recognises the client with the most collaborative operation in our main markets: United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal and Brazil.

*Nomination criteria:
- Number of invitations sent
- Number of suppliers in your network (with a handshake)
- Number of quote requests shared
- Number of quotes (accepted, rejected and converted into a sale)
- Number of work orders shared
- Number of work orders completed (within the Infraspeak Network™)
- Number of messages shared
Champion of the Year Award
Recognises the best champions in our main markets: United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal and Brazil. There is an award for the champion in the implementation phase and another for a champion in the success phase.
- Champion of the Year — UK
*Nomination criteria:
- Involvement in the implementation process (if applicable)
- Mastery of the Infraspeak platform and training capacity
- Promotion of the Infraspeak Platform (e.g. references or public reviews)
- Active contribution to the development and continuous improvement of the Infraspeak Platform
- Autonomy
IFM Awards Criteria
What is the IFM Super Member Programme?
This initiative was created to recognise and reward our most active and influential IFM community members.
Our Super Members are crucial contributors who not only share their expertise, but also actively help us grow and engage the community. They embody the spirit of IFM and serve as ambassadors, making IFM a better community for everyone.
To qualify for the Super Member Programme, a member must reach or exceed a certain number of points to be eligible for the Super Member reward.
The criteria of the Super Member programme:

*Evaluation and Notification: Points and contributions are reviewed quarterly to assess quality and promote the continuous improvement of the community. Members who meet the criteria are notified of their appointment.
*Acceptance and Commitment: Appointed members will be notified of their inclusion in the Super Members group. Accepting the nomination implies acceptance of the programme’s rules and criteria and an ongoing commitment to the IFM community.
